Who the service is for
The service is only for businesses and professionals with a VAT number (Partita IVA) buying for their business. We do not sell to consumers.
What we offer
A vertical video ad with a virtual presenter created with artificial intelligence, made from photos of the shop. We write the script.
Free preview
Before you order, you receive a free preview of your ad within 48 hours: you see a preview of your shop before you order. Its conditions are set out in the preview terms.
Order and payment
- Full ad: €390.
- Payment is made upfront, when you order, by bank transfer or card.
- Invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism (art. 7-ter DPR 633/72), like Meta or Google.
Delivery time
The full ad, without watermark, is ready within 48 hours of receiving payment. If public holidays or missing material mean we need more time, we'll let you know.
Revisions
The full ad includes 2 revisions.
Refunds
The ad is made to measure for your business, so there are no refunds once you've paid. That's why you see the free preview before paying, and the full ad includes 2 revisions.
Invoicing
Invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism (art. 7-ter DPR 633/72), like Meta or Google. For the invoice we need: company name, address and VAT number (Partita IVA).
Usage rights
Once you've paid for the full ad, you can use it with no time limit and on any channel (social media, website, paid ads, in-store screens), with no extra fees or renewals.
AI-generated content
- The end card of every ad carries the line “Presentatrice virtuale creata con IA” (virtual presenter created with AI): it must not be removed or altered.
- When you publish the ad, you follow the AI-content labelling rules of the platforms you use.
- These rules support the transparency required by Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
Customer photos and materials
You are responsible for holding the rights and permissions needed for the photos you send us, including any people and brands shown in them. We use your materials only to provide the service and, as set out below, to show the ad as an example.
Ads as examples
We may show delivered ads as examples on our website and social media. If you'd rather we didn't, write to info@allureaura.art and we'll remove it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ad and does not include indirect losses, such as loss of profit. Complying with the rules of the platforms where you publish the ad is your responsibility.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Acceptance of the terms
When ordering (order form or order email) the customer expressly accepts these terms, including the clauses on upfront payment, no refunds, limitation of liability, governing law and jurisdiction.
